Step 4.1 - Send Leads to Google Sheets

next we will set up a trigger and send our lead to google sheets so we can keep track of how many leads are coming in each month start by creating a new trigger or editing an existing one in the prime local app setup the trigger like the screenshot above note that you must select the right form for your campaign we will next get the webhook url from zapier log into zapier and lets create a new zap! search for "webhooks by zapier" and select it as our app next select "catch hook" as the trigger event copy the webhook url and place it into the prime local trigger from the step before note, no data is needed for the silent mode stuff in zapier, just press continue in zapier to go to the next step after this you will need to send some test data from the form so zapier can pickup the data do this by going to marketing > form builder > your form > integrate form > link paste this form into a new tab on your browser and fill it out with some test data and submit go back to zapier and click "test & review" zapier should now pull in the test data you submitted in your form you're now ready to setup the next you'll now create an action that will happen after the webhook next, lets format the date for the next step search for "formatter by zapier" continue next click test & review and you should have a nicely formatted date for input into the next steps add another "do this " by clicking the blue "+" sign search for and choose google sheets and choose "create spreadsheet row" as your action event next c hoose your google acct select the corresponding drive, spreadsheet, and worksheet you need next map all the spreadsheet fields to the high level data pulled in from the webhook some fields can remain blank make sure that the date field is pulled from "formatter by zapier" next, send your test & continue
