Integrate with Google & Facebook
This step is for reputation and possibly reporting at a later stage.
Integrate Facebook Page
Next we'll integrate the clients Google My Business and Facebook Pages.
Go to: Location > Settings > Integrations
Let's start by connecting google first. Make sure you're browser is logged into the right google account that contains the clients GMB listing. In most cases this is "firstname.lastname@example.org"
Click "Connect" under google, select the google account you want to connect.
Select the businesses' GMB account from the dropdown list you want to connect then press "connect"
***(optional) You can add their analytics account and if they client is using adwords we can add that id as well. If you add these, this data will show up in their "dashboard" tab in the PL software. Sometimes we will want to display this data to the client and sometimes not. The Dashboard display can be turned off using "user permissions" which we'll talk about later in this setup.
Next, lets connect Facebook.
Ensure that the you have access to manage the ad account and facebook page with your facebook account. Make sure you're logged into that account in the same browser before going to the next step.
Start by pressing the "connect" button. You'll then be asked to link "HighLevel" to facebook. If you've already done this you'll be presented with the option to "continue as..."
In this case we're already connected so we'll proceed by editing Settings.
Next we'll select the business page we want to connect to and allow
Select "Yes" for everything and press "Done."
Finally, select the page in the dropdown and connect the page.
